1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, using, or submitting any content through www.atmosrecordz.in, you (Artist/Client/User) agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Ownership of Intellectual Property

  • All music, audio, video, artwork, and related content submitted to or created under AtmosRecordz shall become the exclusive property of AtmosRecordz.

  • This includes 100% ownership of Master Rights, Publishing Rights, and Neighboring Rights, unless otherwise agreed in a written contract.

  • AtmosRecordz holds full authority over distribution, monetization, licensing, synchronization, and global exploitation.

3. IPRS Registration & Royalty Collection

  • AtmosRecordz is a registered entity with Indian Performing Right Society.

  • All eligible works may be registered under IPRS for royalty collection (performance, publishing, mechanical rights).

  • AtmosRecordz reserves the right to collect, manage, and distribute royalties via IPRS and other international collection agencies.

4. Copyright Protection

  • All content is protected under Indian Copyright Law and International Copyright Conventions.

  • Any unauthorized use, copying, distribution, modification, or public use without written consent is strictly prohibited.

5. Zero Tolerance Policy (INFRINGEMENT)

  • ANY COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

  • Violators will face:

    • Immediate DMCA takedown / platform strike

    • Legal action and financial penalties

    • Permanent ban from AtmosRecordz services

6. Artist / User Responsibility

By submitting content on www.atmosrecordz.in, you confirm that:

  • You own or have full legal rights to the content

  • Your work is original and does not infringe any third-party rights

  • All samples, beats, or collaborations are properly licensed and cleared

Any legal disputes arising will be the sole responsibility of the Artist/User.

7. Exclusive Rights & Restrictions

  • Users/Artists are strictly prohibited from:

    • Distributing the same content through other platforms or labels

    • Monetizing or licensing the content independently

  • All rights remain exclusively with AtmosRecordz

8. Rights Enforcement

AtmosRecordz reserves full rights to:

  • Register content with IPRS, YouTube Content ID, and global rights systems

  • Claim, monetize, block, or remove infringing content across platforms (YouTube, Spotify, Instagram, etc.)

9. Website Usage Policy

  • Users must not:

    • Upload illegal, offensive, or copyrighted material without permission

    • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the website

  • AtmosRecordz reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without notice for violations.

10. Legal Jurisdiction

  • Governed under the laws of India

  • Jurisdiction: Courts of Chhattisgarh

11. Modification of Terms

AtmosRecordz reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website means acceptance of updated terms.
